Justify 03:43
If you keep your hands to yourself will you ever feel grace If your road go unpaved will you let it be skidded on over Are you the most obvious man you've met do you gift your butts to a bird Do you sweep your brain with a fine-haired broom or at least pretend to If you drink the bore water from the school at least you will become young again The drops of primitive youth Suck it dry heavy tonight Father sold you for a brick with a cherry call in a bathroom stall Do you justify your existence or at least pretend to

Do you think it will be alright when you pull that final pin Oh, on a whim Did the gods tell you what to do with the blueprint or the law Oh, what's it for? Did you drink the elixir or bite the moon's stars with those teeth! Are you the frayed hem? The dolphin tied them two in two knots west then east Prompt caller call me now Telephone box and prowl deep blue ain't just for you Did you gnash at the palms of the heaven or the pits Oh, or the sink Did you tuck an arm and leg push it forward and grab the egg oh, from their nest or Did you place it earnest or was it plucked from afar Oh, call the serpent Are you the frayed hem? The dolphin tied them two in two knots west then east Prompt caller call me now Telephone box and prowl deep blue ain't just for you

Beggars 02:38
Beggars can't be choosers raise your voice and you might win an ear Token gesture for an unborn wish the blueprint best be tossed out Draw on a mouth for the day wish away and pay to play Invent the week again or cash in the times shared Doctor wisdom with a Purple PHD will win you some time Hold dear, the Roman nose look down it when times call for prose Our gut will lead us to truth (annoying mother, always being right) Chew it up spit it out The time may yet still arise
5.
Petering out like wheezing exhaust It's time to close the day switch off the hour halt the passing minute Give your thanks to the time send it off with a curtsey Queen-cupped hands! Queen-cupped hands to wave Shut the eyes let the minute by along the blackened avenue winding trees wind an alarm The Fear! Scaly salmon Slippery seconds oh what's your hesitation for just pull up the eyeball cover that was the year

about

Some tracks on the China Pot Fixer EP were originally intended to be in the next Almanac release at the start of this year, however better music was made with people that are very good. This is a mini collection of tracks talking about all sorts of things that I can't really remember as it has been in dust for a while now. They are a nice bunch of songs so I thought they should see the light of day.

Instruments used were similar to the Almanac Self Titled, with acoustic guitars, drums, bass, saxophone and keys, all written and performed by Caleb Green, with Lachlan Birch co-writing and playing guitar and drum machines on 'Beggars'.

Art by Caleb Green.

Thanks for listening!
